We have an amazing opportunity for a young professional looking to gain experience in an office setting providing administrative support to the Vice President & collaborating with other teams on special projects. For the right candidate, there is the possibility for this to turn into a full-time, salaried, position. 

Through this internship, you will gain experience in a dynamic work environment while assisting with corporate communications, calendar management, planning and execution of corporate events, provide basic administrative support (phone coverage/ mail distribution/ travel bookings/ etc), oversee supply level purchasing for the office, assisting with vendor relations, as well as partnering with other teams whenever support is needed (invoicing, project review, coordination, data validation, systems QA, etc.).
